I thought the place was great, super speedy service and they communicated well, I was asked many times while they were working on my nails if I liked the shape, length, design, etc. They have lots of options for the pedicures, too! Everyone who works here seems to like their job, I like to see that. Also I came in kind of late because they actually closed an hour earlier than I thought, but no one ever seemed upset with me or rushed me out. I apologized profusely when I did realize I’d kept them over. I would recommend them!

Okay, so the lady that did my toes was very sweet. She did made my cuticle bleed and looked up at me and laughed but it was okay. Other then that the experience was good. After i got home my toe started to very itchy and now 24 hours later it’s swollen, red, and itchy. I think I got an infection from something. I’m probably going to have to go to the doctor. It was a good environment but I do think my toe is infected now.

They did a full sent and the night i went home my nails we’re lifting, none were the same size the French manicure was awful. I emailed and that told me to come back in today and Eric would fix it because it was a MESS!!! He has to put a new set because the first was not able to be saved. I got up to leave and he told me I owed him 30.00 for the color change… now 2 days ago I paid 75.00 for the mess I got they should’ve fixed their mess up!!! I have emailed them again and requested my money back and I now know I’ll never be back there …. After i get my 30.00…. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY HERE!!!!

Every single one of my nails are a different shape and length and when I asked if they were the same length she kept saying they were great. The surface of my nails are uneven. They are wider at the tip than the base. They are extremely thick as well. The polish doesn’t even reach each side on each nail. My cuticles are flooded on some and not on others. I asked for her to put a tip on because I’m growing out my nails but they weren’t long enough yet to not put a tip on and she cut off the length of my natural nail! I was also nicked twice.

I appreciated the cleanliness of the space. However, I waited for 25-30 minutes for a gel French manicure. Once I was seated, the entire service lasted less than 10 minutes because I stopped it. I said I wanted to keep the length of my natural nails once the manicure was complete (that took me so long to grow out), and she said “ok.” Next thing I know she has the nail clippers and cut them down very very short. I was so upset I couldn’t even say anything. Once filed they were also super crooked. The whole thing seemed rushed and it was not a personable experience. I asked them to put on a clear coat so I could leave and finish the service. I won’t be back. My fingers look like toes.
