I have been here many times in the last 2 years, and they alway take such good care of me. My nails are always done so beautifully. They are all so nice and welcoming. I always recommend them whenever anyone asks where to get their nails done. These are just 4 of the beautiful nails they have done. Im so happy with them

Critical: QualityCalled to make an apt and was told to come in the next day at 1030. But apparently they don’t open until 11 on Sundays. So I had to wait for them to open. Got A full set of acrylic nails which looks really good and I was very satisfied with. Come home a week later and all of my nails have popped off. Called to make an apt and was told to come in the next day at 1030. But apparently they don’t open until 11 on Sundays. So I had to wait for them to open. Got A full set of acrylic nails which looks really good and I was very satisfied with. Come home a week later and all of my nails have popped off. I’ve been to Lavish twice and have gotten both a pedicure and gel manicure (x2). I was somewhat unhappy with the level of service the first time, as they seemed annoyed at my specification for cuticle removal and I felt they were waiting for me to leave. However, as it was Halloween and I made a day-of appointment, I decided to try again. This time I was even more dissatisfied with my service. The staff is distracted and the general vibe is very run down/dead. My technicians (two for this second trip, as with the first trip) were not detail oriented. I had to request the shape of a couple of nails be refiled twice, and again felt cuticle removal was a hardship for them. Besides the actual paid for service, I requested water and was brought warm tap water in an open cup. I’m not sure their AC was on during either visit. The price is good for the Orlando area, but for the service I would say not worth it.

Love this place! What they lack in color profiles they more than make up for in quality. Ask for Huy. He’s the best! The dip powder is worth the extra cost.

Came in on vacation, and was in and out within 40 minutes. The lady that did my nails did an excellent job. I got acrylic with pink gel powder. With a splash of unicorn powder/ pretty chrome powder. My nails are beautiful! The only reason I deducted a star, was because it was freezing in there, and it was freezing outside, so I would just have the expectation that if it’s cold outside, they would have the heat on. I will say that once I told them that I was cold , they put a space heater on my legs, which made me feel good. However, I don’t feel like I should’ve had to ask for heat. if it’s cold outside, your business should automatically be running heat.
