Critical: QualityHonestly I’ve never posted a google review before but what I just experienced at lavish nails I had to. I went in for a mani pedi no polish or anything wild just simply wanted my nails cleaned up and a pedicure. I was there for about an hour and a half only 20 minutes of that time was actually spent getting a mani pedi the services were s rushed and fine so poorly not to mention I had my feet stuck in boiling hot water even after I said it was too hot no one fixed it but it was okay because in the amount of time I spent waiting the water had gotten cold. I’m not being dramatic when I tell how terrible this experience was . I went in for a mani pedi no polish or anything wild just simply wanted my nails cleaned up and a pedicure. They have no regard for appointments or the order in which people arrive. I was the 3rd person there. And an hour later they still hadn’t started my service. This had happened before but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. After speaking with other frustrated customers around me, it happens all the time. I won’t be back.

Awful. Past few times i’ve went there the experience was just awful. The first time the main boss lady was screaming and fighting with a worker and the worker almost barged out without finishing my nails. The second time and last time going there, they were awful. The lady working spilled water all over my shoes and a lady’s purse got soaked. after the lady complained about her purse the main lady talked bad about her for the whole store to hear. And my nails were so bad i asked to get them redone, but in order to get them redone i needed to confront the lady who did my nails, which i did not want to do. I ended up leaving with awful nails wanting to cry they were so bad and bleeding. It’s sad i have to stop coming here, i would go there every 2 weeks. not anymore. do not recommend.

Normally I LOVE this salon, but right now, my manicure color does not match my pedicure color!UPDATE: Nail color was fixed the next morning without any issues! Have been back since with no further problems.

Absolutely love this place! This was my first time going and I was absolutely pleased!!! I will be back to have my toes done. I absolutely love my toes!! Ms. Kim did a fantastic job helping me design my toes!!! We will be back to see her!!!

I have tried other nail salons in Harford county but I keep coming back to Lavish. Everything about the place is different and even though sometimes they rush things and make mistakes I don’t hold it against them; they are human after all and we all have those moments. they are utterly fantastic and they know what they are doing which is why I keep coming back.
