Went for a dip manicure and within 10 hours the top coat was bubbling and peeling off… went back the following day and even though the hours on their door say they are open, they were not. Be careful of what service you get here. Dip powder

Chloe is a very talented manicurist, she is super patient, super meticulous, super polite. She drew me cartoons on my nails I got a lot of compliments. Chloe is capable of doing all the craziest drawings you could ever want. You will never be disappointed when you come to her. She takes her time and focuses on what she does. Of course, you have to make an appointment with her, she doesn’t takes walk-in, they only accept card payments.

1st off, no walk ins… I love that they are strictly by appointments so when I walked in they waited and greeted me right away. I did not wait at all. This has been my main issue at many salons. Idc how great your work is, I have a child and have zero time to waste, so the fact that they took my time as well as their time seriously is a plus for me. It’s not packed at all … Vi was great and asked me questions to do exactly what I wanted. She did designs as well. She noticed a cut on my cuticle that I came in with and was very gentle. She also did my gel pedicure and the prices are very fair compared to others that over charge for the same services. Come to find out I rather go to a place that’s not so fancy with amazing work then go to a newly renovated location that is beautiful but the quality of work is mediocre.

Her art work is amazing and is done free hand! I get so many compliments on my nails ! She is very talented at what she does and is so sweet! I’ve been coming to Lavish in Totowa a few times and I’ve loved my nails every single time. Chloe is absolutely the best! Her art work is amazing and is done free hand! When I initially started going I started out with Chloe for gel manicure. I had no issues with the way my nails were done. After the next few times I started to notice that she does not soak the old gel off but files and reapplies the new gel when doing my gel manicures. As a customer I should not have to feel like I am not allowed to either point out something that maybe she missed or simply ask that lifted gel areas be removed to prevent water from getting in and possible fungus.

This is my new go to nail salon. The staff is very friendly and my nail tech, Vi is the sweetest. She’s very precise with her design skills, it’s very impressive! Love how my nails come out every time. I recommend booking an appointment beforehand to receive the best experience.
