Lavish on Manchester is one of the nicest shops I’ve been to. Very clean, spacious, and serene atmosphere… I truly feel like I’m at a spa when I come here. All the nail technicians are very friendly, they never rush me and always do an amazing job! I’ve had pedicures from Ken and he has amazing hands, gives the best massages and perfect manicures as well. Julie is also extremely nice and talented, she did my nails today in the picture and it is exactly like the picture I brought in. I’ve been to a lot of nails salons and I highly recommend this one, I have only had great experiences!! Thanks Lavish!

My experience here was nothing short of incredible, every person I met in the store was incredibly accommodating and did everything they could to make my experience better. The ambiance of the salon is very calming and extremely clean. This is the best value I have found in the area as well, I highly recommend! Pedicure, Foot massages, Exfoliation

if you’re a POC do not come here, the reason i got the experience i did was solely because of my skin color. they even asked me to pay before the service was completed which i thought felt strange. Jennifer hadn’t even painted my nails(i only get gel polish so no concern of messing it up) by the time she was asking for me to pay. mind you her paint job was atrocious. absolutely awful workmanship. the quality of nails & longevity is nonexistent. they hardly speak to you or treat you as a burden when asking for certain accommodations. i went in for my first fill on a full set on monday & i’ve had 4 nails break since the fill. when going in to get them fixed i waited 30 mins past my given appt time before being spoken to or pulled to be worked on. i do no type of laboring work & i’ve been getting my nails done for well over 6 years. 2 of the nails broke petting my dog, 1 while washing my hands, & the other while getting dressed. they then tried to manipulate/gaslight me into paying for the nail fixes when they simply have no talent in the nail service industry, if your techs don’t know about an apex or breakdowns when doing fills they have no business doing acrylic nails. awful awful awful salon experience.

I asked for gel nails with a tip, keep this in mind. She put on the tips and I guess acrylic and when she was filing them down, fixing the shape, she left chunks of acrylic on the underside of the tip. I had also asked for a design. The flames look horrible and the spades do too. Gel manicures

First time visiting Lavish Nails and I loved it! The building is spacious, and clean. I had no wait, I was taken care of right away. The nail tech I had was CASIE she was kind, respectful, and professional. She did not treat me like a customer, but more as friend. I will definitely be going back and I will be requesting Casie again.

Do not get me wrong the place was lovely, clean, and the lady I had she engaged in conversation with me & I loved every bit of it. I wanted a gel manicure ($32) pretty pricy for what I normally pay ($25). The price is not the issue here. We had an appointment for 6pm. We get there and we did not get served until almost 6:20-6:30pm. What is the point of making an appointment if we aren’t going to get served at the time we reserved for? We went there to get ombré nails & the two ladies my friend and I had did not know how to do do ombré. My sisters nail tech was THE only PERSON who knew who to do ombré. What! Are you kidding me? Ok, so I settled for tip nails. I originally wanted gel manicure ($32) I asked for [originally] gel manicure and walked out with a full set and white tips. I ended up walking out paying $51.00 for a full set white tips when I could’ve gotten the white tips on my OWN nails! I didn’t ask for a full set! I kept saying manicure not full set just gel manicure. I am very upset with this whole situation. it’s not what I asked for, you know? It’s the principle. I don’t even like this! I am trying to be positive but I can’t! I’m trying!

I made an appointment for a pedicure as a new client. Never have I had a JUDGMENTAL, faster, more aggressive, and upright messy pedicure before. I put 2 stars because all other staff seemed kind and the place was very clean. My pedicure by a man in his 50’s (I believe) commented on toenails and even guessed how long it had been since my last one (only a month but I’m on my feet all day long). He was sloppy with the tub water, was left with paint on more than just my toenails, and pain from them being filed way too short. Then he stood over my shoulder to see how much I was writing to tip him. I’m dissatisfied and still paid because of the time taken for my pedicure, but not for the service at all.
