Everything went smoothly for me. It was a bit hard to communicate with the woman doing my nails but it all was fine in the end. Place looked great and I love my nails. They are a bit shorter than i expected but that is my fault as I did not clarify my desired length. Acrylic nails

In the picture my thumb is chipping from side.I got my nails done at this place and I was so excited I picked out my dream nails excepting the price to be $65 at most. However the lady told me she was going to give me a $10 discount making the end price $75 I was surprised, but of course I paid it. The only thing was that she kept making me go shorter and shorter in length claiming that it would look better, however if I’m the one paying I believe I should be the one making that choice. All was good at first, but then I noticed the tips of my nails began chipping and for $75 that’s unacceptable. I went back and got them fixed and the lady was making up prices at the top of her head she said the shape I got was extra, but on the sheet of prices it never mentioned shaping. On top of that she claimed that there was no chipping and didn’t even take accountability. Maybe it wasn’t a big deal for her since she didn’t pay for them, but I worked hard for these nails. She made me feel uncomfortable because when I told her I saw chips she acted like I was making it a big deal!!!! To make it worse she said which nails were chipped and i answered oh this nails chipped and she said NOOO im asking which nail is chipped because i don’t see no chip. And on top of that she was talking about me with her other co-worker thinking I didn’t understand what she was saying. I will never ever go back her again and I recommend whoever is reading it do the same. The only good thing I have to say is about Tommy he seemed to be the only one who really wanted to resolve this issue. So if you do plan to come here I recommend that you set an appointment with Tommy.

I made an appointment at this place and was welcomed in, I showed a reference pic and she told me she’d do it. I told her(Evon women at the first desk) the length and color but she kept putting in her opinion saying it wouldn’t look good and I would thank her later. She nipped me at least 3 times and I kid you not she glued my fingers together. I didn’t like them at all so I called and she told me I could come in. I came in and her attitude completely changed, she yelled at me to sit down and show her the issue and she kept saying there’s nothing wrong. I almost cried because she made rude remarks about me to her coworkers. I don’t see the issue, I paid $70 I expect to be treated better, all I asked was for my nails to be fixed I didn’t expect a refund. She didn’t admit that she was wrong and she blamed me for not being careful with my nails. NEVER AGAIN WILL I GO HERE. Tommy is super sweet though he helped me in.

I will never come to this nail salon again. Worse experience ever, terrible customer service. I’ve got my nails at this place, less than 24 hours my nails chipped. I got paid over the price and my nails were basic my designs looked terrible. Pricey and very unsatisfied.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueMe and my granddaughter arrived with no appointment and we’re told to return in an hour. We returned only to find they had started 2 other ladies and had another 10 minute wait. I have been helping my daughters move and had cracked my large toe nails and my feet were a mess. In addition to a $32 fee I was told I needed to pay $14 more for acrylic for my large toes which comes out to $46!! That is Excessive!! As I sit and write this they have not started my granddaughters toes. Me and my granddaughter arrived with no appointment and we’re told to return in an hour. We returned only to find they had started 2 other ladies and had another 10 minute wait. I have been helping my daughters move and had cracked my large toe nails and my feet were a mess.
