The only place I’ve ever been where I get exactly what I ask for. The techs are friendly and make great conversation. I’ve gotten manicures and pedicures there for 2 months and have never had a problem. They offer drinks and explain everything to you. It is also very clean and an amazing atmosphere. The place is beautiful and everyone is really polite . But the nail job that I received was so disappointing that I would not be coming back . I had a specific design I wanted when I walked in and show it to the lady that’s was helping me and said yes I can do that for you . Half way in doing my nails she tells they don’t have the material to the design forcing me to get something I didn’t wanted . I still tipped her because she did a great job with my pedicure but misleading someone is not the way to do business.

Great atmosphere and very friendly and polite staff. However, I received short tips with SNS 1.5 weeks ago and already 1 nail is chipped off/broken, 1 is cracked and 1 has completely come off. I am not sure what happened but I have never had my nails not last at least 3 weeks or more. Slightly disappointed given the money spent. Dip powder

The need better time management of appointments and/or walk in. The atmosphere is beautiful and equipment is up to date. However, the quality of the finished nails is not up to par with other local nail studios. The ombré was terribly blended and edges were sloppy and rough.
