Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy feet feel amazing and my dipped finger nails look fabulous! Bobby did an amazing job. This was my second time going to him. He fixed my ingrown toenails last time and my feet feel so much better. He gives a great foot massage and is super friendly.Services: Dip powder, Pedicure

I’ve been getting pedicures here and they always do a great job so I got a gel manicure here today. It’s felt like he was rushing through my manicure and honestly they look terrible… very lumpy and not shaped and left nail polish around my nails…I’m very disappointed because I’m going to have to take it off and get press ons for New Years. The pedicure was fantastic and the lady took her time and did a fantastic job just not happy with my finger nails at all.

Just got a full set some by Tom? I’m not sure that was his name but it starts with a T. He was awesome!! Great conversation, gave me a glass of wine, and did an incredible job with my nails. I’ll be back!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueI went in for a gel manicure on my natural nails last Thursday. The man that did my manicure was not very friendly. He and the other lady doing another woman’s nails just talked to each other and not their customers the entire time. Instead of soaking the previous gel in acetone with foil like other places half of my fingers were dipped in a bowl of acetone almost up to my knuckles and left while he walked away and chit chatted with her. He came back and used a non sterile, rusty looking tool to attempt to scrape away the previous gel then put both of my hands back into the acetone covered in a bag. He again walked away to talk with her. By the time he returned and removed my hands they were bleach white as far as they were dipped. During the rest of the manicure they continued to talk but not to their customers. The only time that I was asked if I liked it was for the pink under color of my French manicure. While he was applying the white part of the French manicure I could barely see and was not asked if I liked the size or shape of the white part. At this point a group of other women walked in, presumably for a group appointment. At that point I was extremely rushed, hardly a hand massage…about 15 seconds of lotion plastered on each hand. During this “hand massage ” an older lady came out from the back of the business when she saw them and said something to my nail technician. He was obviously rushed by her and the group that had walked in. At that point I was told to wash my hands and that I was done. I didn’t have a chance to even look at my nails before I was sent to pay and left. I have never had never felt this rushed or had this experience anywhere else in Lexington or west Columbia. After getting in my car I noticed that my nails were cut uneven, sharp edges, and the white from the French manicure didn’t cover most of my nails, there was so much of my nails without white or even clear gel covering them. It was a complete waste of money and my time. This was my first time trying Lavish because it was more convenient on my commute but it was definitely my last! Highly dissatisfied!!!Service: ManicureI went in for a gel manicure on my natural nails last Thursday. The man that did my manicure was not very friendly.
