Critical: QualityOn march 20, 2020 I got a full acrylic set. It is now the 28th & I took my nail polish off to do a different color & ALL my NAILS are lifted. I’m beyond upset. 8 days later & they look like this. It really sucks because I like this place. Its nice, clean & a friendly environment. Also I had 1 nail pop off 6 days after having them done. On march 20, 2020 I got a full acrylic set. It is now the 28th & I took my nail polish off to do a different color & ALL my NAILS are lifted. I’m beyond upset. 8 days later & they look like this. Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueThe facility is really nice. However, I got a dip manicure yesterday (5 PM) with that unicorn glitter on the tips. By 8 PM, the top coat along with the glitter completely fell off all of my nails and left the matte dip color that was underneath. On top of this, it seemed like my nail tech was very unorganized as we was looking for my nail color for probably 10 minutes. He also didn’t have great customer service. I had a picture of exactly what I wanted and let him know that, but he never asked to look at it and my nails did not turn out how I wanted. Once his next appointment showed up, I could sense him rushing and I would assume that is why the top coat and glitter has fallen off. The quality is bad and so is the customer service.After reading previous reviews about not receiving a refund, I did not think it would be worth it to waste more of my time arguing. I will not be coming back to this business and will continue to be on the hunt for a good nail salon in Springfield.The facility is really nice. The facility is really nice. However, I got a dip manicure yesterday (5 PM) with that unicorn glitter on the tips. By 8 PM, the top coat along with the glitter completely fell off all of my nails and left the matte dip color that was underneath.
