I’m reviewing after my second visit. I get the powder dip manicures. First one went great and lasted a month. I got my “fill” this week, and it’s beautiful.

Vivían is the worst. Customer service and technique are the reason for my 1 star. She seemed annoyed or unwilling to provide a service when I arrived. She approached me asking me how did I get her name? I figure any nail tech would gladly take a new client even if it wasn’t referred. Questioned my nail shape, my nail color selection and wouldn’t follow my request to cut down my nails because she didn’t think that would look good. I am the paying customer and this is what I would like to have done so why does she have any input after I confirm that I was ok with my short nails. When I went to pay she tried to charge me an extra $7 for the nail shape…. I kept the same shape as I always have the only difference was the length on my nail. After looking at her prices she realized the $7 was only if I wanted longer nails not for shorter. The polish is messed up and looks horrible.

Only giving one star because I can’t give zero. Asked for a gel pedicure (which they did a decent job on other than the technician stabbed my toe) and a manicure with a dip. I’ve never had a dip manicure and wanted to try it. I asked for an ombré but the technician was insistent that I only do an accent nail. It took the technician about an hour and 45 minutes to get the initial dip color on at which point she added the lighter color for the ombré effect on one finger. It having taken sooo long to get to this point, I decided an accent nail was more than fine since I did not want the there another hour. Once she finished with the final top coat the ombré was barely visible and all of my other nails had white flecks on them, when I pointed it out she said that was the color I selected . I told her the color I selected did not have white flecks or glitter on it. Then she tried to convince me it was only on one nail, it was on ALL the nails. She kept asking me what I wanted to do. I asked her what could we do? I didn’t want to be there another hour, we were pushing 2 hours on just my hands at this point! Finally she decided she was going to remove the top coat, I asked her to only do one hand to see if this even fixed the problem but instead she did both hands. She then re-did the top coat put some oil on my hands and stood up. I asked her if she was done and she said yes. I told her I asked for a manicure and she didn’t even clean my cuticles. She seemed surprised by this. Not sure why since I stated I wanted a manicure repeatedly. As I went to pay I told them that it was unacceptable the way they were leaving my nails. They didn’t offer to refund me my money all they said was they could clean up my nails since they left my hands full of purple and clear nail polish. I will NEVER go here again and would recommend you save not only your money and time by going some where else. If you look at the photos you can see all of the scratches left on my nails from the technician trying to file off the white dots, which are still present!

I had a really bad experience here, unfortunately. I get a gel manicure, and the woman doing my nails cut 3 of my fingers and I was still bleeding when I left! She also did not finish my nail up to the cuticle line. I usually am used to paying $25 for a gel manicure and a $5 tip, but the gel manicure here was $35. I don’t mind paying the extra money for a job well-done, but I left with nails that look like they’ve been growing out for a week and a half, and they were profusely bleeding!

Disgruntled business owner. They deserve ZERO stars. I came in for service, the receptionist was in a bad mood. The owner was in a bad mood. Everyone who works here seems miserable. I was quoted a lower price. 2 hours later was charged almost double. They included a tip I never approved of. I’m more happy to tip for services but that decision should be left to me. Service is mediocre at best. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else.
