A lot of people recommend this place so I went to try them out. Waited a least 30 mins but I didn’t have an appt so that was expected, but what I am really upset about it how rough the nail tech was. She rushed the whole thing, and I also told her that she was hurting me while filing my coffin shape nails. I pulled my hand away many times and told her before that my hands are soft and sensitive so please be careful. She only cured once, just the top coat and also missed some areas bc it feels rough and not smooth. My fingers has cuts on them from her filing it. They hurt so bad that she seen them start to bleed. If she wasn’t in a rush to get out of there it actually would have came out so much better. I asked for an ombré look but the colors she couldn’t do so she did recommend a different one so it was ok with me and it was nice colors but she didn’t correctly blend them together. I probably won’t go back to her bc how rough she was. But if she put better effort into she could bomb forreal! I didn’t want my FIRST EXPERIENCE to be like this. I really wanted to like this place. Overall the facility is beautiful. I did tip her 20$ even though I only asked for an acrylic fill and she did a full gel. She has long black hair and is younger and had a unique name. If the owner reads this please work with your employees on how rushed jobs won’t be the best outcome. Bc I’m afraid to go back. I tried to post the picture of my nails but something is wrong with posting it.
