The left picture is what i got and the right picture is what i wanted. two of my friends and i went there and 1 of 3 of us like the nails. my appointment was at 10am we showed up at 9:30 and I did not get done until 12pm. the price also was not worth what i got.

The lady I had was rude. The whole time her and another worker were complaining about them wanting to go home. The nail art is nothing like the picture I wanted. And on my ring finger in the photo, she didn’t put a top coat on it. The polish is gel and yet its peeling. I made the appointment for 5 pm I got there a half an hour really and I still wasnt done until 6:30pm.

This shop is clean, and the workers are friendly. Blake absolutely slays it every time and always takes a picture for me afterwards. I won’t go anywhere else for nails after experiencing Lavish!

My pedicure was less then subpar the woman was rude. I went for a quick pedicure, and full set Of acrylics I wanted them white with a glitter or opal gel in a almond shape It took 6 hours they should have paid me and instead they up the price from what I was told the price would be. I have never in my life had such a terrible experience of having to be stuck for 6 hours in a nail salon my nails looked fine my pedicure was not that great. I really like the girl that was doing my nails but it took her 5 hours the owner refused to help her and she was new. I definitely would never go back after that experience 6 hours is absolutely beyond ridiculous. I had to fly out the next morning super early was not able to get my errands done because, I was stuck for 6 hours on something that should never took over 2 hours.

I can’t say enough good things about Lavish Nail Bar. I have been a customer for at least 6 years. The location is always clean and inviting, and I always feel welcomed, relaxed, and comfortable when I make my monthly visit. I do not feel the need to book with just one nail tech, as they are all talented and professional. The owner is an amazing human being, and is not only passionate about his craft, but cares deeply for every client. I don’t know what I would do without this team of individuals.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueWorst experience but it was the most expensive mani/pedi that we’ve gotten in the area.Definitely not the relaxing experience that we had hoped for. No massages during manicure and only 1 person got a slight foot massage with their pedicure even though the price was the same. 1 person got gel polish and took 10 minutes for the manicure. As you can see from the picture cuticles were neglected along with everything else. Terrible experience. My mom scheduled an appointment weeks before my wedding (which apparently meant nothing) and when she arrived the man who does the scheduling said her tech hadn’t been there for over a week. Nobody bothered to call her, and they did not set her up with anyone else. She was passed around to people who had time to squeeze her in, waiting 20 minutes each time. The girl doing her pedi cut her toe and didn’t know how to stop it from bleeding, which took another 20 minutes. Before she left she checked with the same guy who schedules appointments to make sure I, the bride, was going to get better treatment during my appointment the following evening. He assured her I would be taken care of. I arrived with my friend, who brought a bottle of wine and glasses to celebrate my upcoming wedding, which nobody paid any attention to and totally ignored us. Long story short, I walked out after waiting 40 minutes and watching walk-ins get seated before me. When I complained, the guy said he couldn’t control the walk-ins. What? Do not bother with making an appointment here, just walk in. You’ll get better service . We will never return to this place.
