This was absolutely the worst place I’ve ever had my nails done. I got a basic pedicure and the women who did my nails cut my toes and feet up so bad I was crying. Yet I still got charged full price AFTER they had to redo a whole foot. Then I got dip nail, and wasn’t able to get tips put on and now have the shortest nails EVER.

I was a customer from the start but I will no longer be as of today. It was the best nail salon to go to but as time progressed the customer service decreased and waiting time increased. I know it’s a service industry but the way the money is made does matter. Respectable loyal customers with an appointment made should be provided with service first. An appointment is purposeful. When setting up an appointment we request when is convenient for them due to multiple services and children. We make the appointment because we are from out of town and travel. When arriving today on time for my scheduled appointment I was asked to step outside to speak with the owner in front of a full salon. The conversation consisted of several things. I was informed when inquiring about prices with nail technicians due to inconsistent prices we made them feel uncomfortable. As a result of that one person part of the party is only going to be given services by the owner. I was lectured why things get behind and when they are short staffed things will get behind. The atmosphere was amazing. Very clean, very classy. Music was spot on too! I didn’t care to much for my nail tech, we couldn’t engage in a conversation so it was just super awkward. She stopped doing my manicure to go on her phone a few times wasn’t very professional (in my opinion) other wise I definitely would have given it 5 stars!

First off…just to clarify…I DID NOT WRITE THE REVIEW that you ACCUSED me of writing & would appreciate you deleting your response or REMOVING my name!!!! My 14 year old daughter, did write the review & was told to remove it and DID!!!! I would hope that you do the same!!!! Just to be clear…I was NOT happy that I had to soak for at least 45 minutes!! My fingers WERE starting to tingle & that is WHY I removed the wrap!!! And to respond to your comment, there was hardly any residue left on my nails!! My daughter had dip on before we arrived & only soaked for a maximum of 20 minutes!! So…your comment you made to me was uncalled for!!! Just so you know, I have NEVER had my nails wrapped that long in the 15 plus years I’ve been getting them done!!! We did have appointments at 10 and didn’t get out until almost 11:30…which is the longest it’s EVER taken me to get them done!!! The reason we came into your salon was because my daughter had a gift certificate, otherwise we would have went to our regular nail salon just to clarify that too!! I’m not trying to be rude but I was very disappointed in our experience!!! I would prefer you to not be rude either in any reply you have!! I have read some bad reviews of yours and I’m kinda shocked by your responses as a new business owner!! Good day!!!
