I never write reviews, in fact, this is the first one I’ve ever wrote. But the nails I went home with were so bad that I felt the need to. I got a polish change on my toes and all was well. The color was what I wanted and it was neat. The problem was my hands. First of all, the application is just terrible. There’s bumps everywhere, the coats weren’t evenly applied so parts of my nails look pure white while the rest of it is opaque. The application was also extremely messy. There is polish on the sides and cuticles of my nails, it looks like I painted them myself. The shapes are off. Some of my nails have sharp edges and others have rounded edges. They were filed slanted. And while they were being shaped, she filed the sides of nails so roughly and excessively that my skin is exposed. Also, I had let my nail tech (Jennifer) know that there was a hair in my nail as soon as I noticed (while she was still applying another coat). She affirmed that she understood but then continued to put the top coat on and then deny that there was a hair in my nail. A guy from the front desk who I believe was the receptionist then came and removed the hair, having to drill down the polish and apply 2 more coats. He was very friendly but I’m not sure if that was his job and I ended up with a botched polish job on that thumb. I then noticed when I left, another hair on my other thumb??? Along with a couple of black specs in my other nails. The last complaint and probably what has been the most annoying is all the cuts I left the salon with. I got my nails done 2 days ago yet I have to be so careful with anything I do with my hands because she cut my cuticles so bad, literally leaving scabs. Overall, the salon was nice and I don’t think my experience defines the salon…but with the quality of work I received, I will not be returning.

Hannah has been my nail tech for about 13 years. I appreciate her service so much that I followed her to Lavish from her last place of employment. I always know the experience will be awesome and stress free! The salon is clean, professional and functions with on-time appointments. I would recommend them without hesitation. Also my hubby goes there for his pedis! ❤️

I’m here every 1.5 months or so give or take a week or two. Tammy Le is who I always use. She is very detailed and takes care of my nails perfectly. I recommend her for all of us men who don’t have a lot of free time and appreciate good service!!!!

Came here for the first time yesterday + loved it. Timely and prompt. John was ready prior to my appointment + I loved not having to wait any additional timing. He was patient and mixed colors to match what I wanted. Definitely returning. Dip powder

Ok so I never write reviews but here I am in the car crying. I did my nails for my wedding drive an hr and a half because I have liked my past experiences but this time of course the most important time it was terrible. I had to keep telling tech that it had bubbles never even ended up with design I picked. She didn’t even take off completely my previous nail polish which was red. And now French and u can tell. And the color she picked is for French but since I have tip u can see my nail under the line which is very ugly. So dissatisfied and disappointed. What a shame. Now to go get my nails redone somewhere else.
