Critical: Communication, QualityI Was EXTREMELY overcharged For the quality that I received. I understand I came in at a later time but rather than doing my nails in a rush you could have told me to come In on a different day. I have been hesitant to leave this review. But after making multiple phone calls and no one answering it leaves me no choice.I asked for a straight and narrow stiletto shape and I was provided with what looks like falcon claws. The nails are bumpy and uneven, and are not all the same shape and size. The fact that I was charged $95 and still tipped $15 Is to me WRONG. I have gotten my nails done at plenty of other places and frequently search And strive for better. I was told the nail tech that did my nails had been doing nails for 17 years and with the quality I received I am unimpressed.I am looking to see where things can be made right and this will dictate whether or not I return. This is the first time I’ve been to Lavish Manors Nail and it is definitely my new place to go! After a horrible experience at my previous salon, which drove me to leave after having my dip powder half soaked off, I was desperate to find a place that could just give me something half way decent. I googled and found Lavish Manors, called over, and the gentleman who answered the phone was very kind and told me to head over. Lu did my dip manicure and gel pedicure and he is FANTASTIC!!! I think it might be the best service I’ve ever had, and he’s very nice, too! If you’re looking for a new place/person, Lu is the way to go!

I am SHOCKED by all the good reviews this place receives. I went here with my friend before we kicked off her bachelorette party weekend and we both received the WORST manicure we’ve ever had. To start, when I showed my nail tech multiple different pictures of concepts I wanted done they repeatedly told me no. I asked for my nails rounded and again was told no. Asked for an extra coat of polish on my nails as they were still very streaky and again by no surprise was told no. Then, to top it all off the tech filed my nails after the gel polish was set and by Saturday they were already peeling off. They were more worried about their next client and talking to them than they were about doing at least an okay job on the client in front of them. I genuinely cannot believe I paid as much as I did for this manicure.

Hi I’m coming here to complain for my girl and I wanna say who ever did her feet needs to be fired asap. It was hard to look at and she came home crying and she already had a bad day and y’all made it even worst. Why did she literally freestyle on her feet like is a 6th grade art class? Never again she going up there and we suing. Over all I would never recommend this been the worst place she’s been to in her life. Terrible job for $30.
