Do not recommend… fancy is a fraud. Salon is trifling. Took my money after I paid 4 weeks in advance decided I didn’t want to work there after I saw the conditions of the salon! I moved from St. Louis to work in the salon after coming on my first day the room was filty stuff still in the stations room dirty chair and dryer was broken . Awful! When asked for a Reimbursement if the 4 weeks she didn’t hesitate to say no refunds Please don’t waiste your time with her. You’re basically furnishing her lifestyle and have to warm your food up next to a trash can. While she’s living lavish. Then false advertising posting suites that’s not even in that area.

I went here a few weeks ago and ABSOLUTELY loved my hair. I have never gotten my hair done at a place that I loved so much. She is amazing at what she does. The salon itself is so fun you will be laughing from beginning to end. I am still in love with my hair and will definitely be going back because I am so interested in one her beautiful bobs. I only purchased hair from this salon and I had a wonderful experience! The staff was very nice and super professional. The owner even took time out to greet me and have a small conversation. Mario was awesome as well! The hair is great quality and lasted through a few bleaching processes. I also purchased a frontal that I had to wait a few weeks for but it was worth it. I highly recommend this salon.

Very nice salon. The staff is great. Especially the owner Francine. She took very good care of me. She listen to what I wanted done to my hair. She is very accommodating. I had a very busy work day and got off late. She rescheduled my appointment for that day. I recommend her to all of my coworkers, friends and family members. She is an awesome hair dresser.

I had a great experience at Lavish Looks. I initially found them on instagram and made a decision to give them a try after I had some horrible experiences with “instagram famous hairstylist” that don’t care about there customer. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and everything was clean. My stylist Ra was so nice and had great customer service. I’m very big on customer service wherever I go , the owner and everyone else was so nice they all spoke and it was a peaceful experience. I usually hate going to salons because of my bad experiences but I can tell they take their consumer seriously here at Lavish. Ra asked me exactly what I wanted and how I wanted my curls to look and made sure it was done properly. She gave me the best closure sewin I ever had and I’ve had plenty. She’s patient and knows what she’s doing. I had no idea how my experience was going to be when I first booked but I’m extremely pleased. Ra is now my go to and permanent hairstylist I won’t go anywhere else. I have a lot of hair and she managed to get my closure so flat its crazy. My bf loves it and I do too. Not sure if what people experienced in the past , but you can tell everyone in that salon has stepped their game up. They won themselves a loyal customer. Please ask for Ra when booking , very knowledgeable, talented and funny!

I heard about this salon from 2 of my co workers. I came in on the day of my appointment and brought 3 bundles of hair and a silk base closure. Fancy was my stylist name. When she finish and turn me around to that mirror I was Blown Away! My hair was Flawless. It was exactly what I asked for and the hair was so.. soft and bounce. #1 Salon

If negative were an option that’s what they’d get! Owner/my stylist was 3… COUNT THEM… THREE HOURS LATE! No hot water! Then when she finally arrived to finish after someone else started my service, she rushed the entire time attempting to curl hair that was still damp. She poked me in the scalp several times not paying attention and trying to do things totally not related to me or my service. I now have a scab on my scalp.

Horrible experience. After a week my tracks were loose . I took my hair down FANCY put big sloppy braids through out my hair not only was my install lumpy but she also cut my tracks (FANCY THE OWNER) . When doing my hair she was very rough and yanked my head throughout the whole install. I paid 235 smh a waist of money .
