Critical: ProfessionalismI made an appointment for my sister for hair styling. She arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment. She waited almost 2 hours to get her service. I never seen such a poor service in a hair salon before.

I made an appointment for my sister for hair styling. She arrived 10 minutes prior to the appointment. She waited almost 2 hours to get her service. I never seen such a poor service in a hair salon before.

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, PunctualityThey do not know how to do hair if it’s tangled. The moment the lady touched my hair not even 2 seconds later she just knew she couldn’t do it. She then told me I needed to comb my own hair out. The point of going to a salon is to not have to do it yourself and to get it professionally done. (Thank god for a non employee who combed my hair out) They also used the same comb to do my hair and another customers hair without washing it. Plus, it took them forever. Once she told me to get out the seat because my hair was too tangled she proceeded to do my sisters hair than she let a customer who came in behind us go in front of me. Yes, I have a lot of hair but first come should be the first served. After that disaster. My hair did turn out good. So, I am thankful for that. Their prices are amazing. They do not know how to do hair if it’s tangled. The moment the lady touched my hair not even 2 seconds later she just knew she couldn’t do it. She then told me I needed to comb my own hair out. Nobody speaks English they only talk Spanish and look at you stupid they convince u to Bleach your hair to charge more $$ no good they eating in front of you nobody knows how to make decisions i wouldn’t go back would definitely recommend( down the block ( Chanel beauty salon) good job great price n they were fast the owner was great (Go There) they Respect they customers n very satisfying!!Very unprofessional. Very unprofessional. i only speak english but understand spanish and they charged me $240 for a hair dye and have a reputation of overcharging. when i was there they were arguing with another client about a solid color short nail set being overpriced. when i went to complain with my spanish speaking friend, they gave me half my money back because they knew they scammed me! don’t go here if you value ur money 🙂

Critical: ProfessionalismI don’t know how this place is for hair & nails & the owner seemed sweet.. but I can tell you DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE! The girl that did mine was not experienced at all. She didn’t use pads for under my eye, glue got into my eye bad and my eyes were hurting so bad the entire time I had them on that I had to go back and get them to take them off at which point I lost most of my eyelashes and the rest were really short.I had to go in 3 times to get them fixed.. the first time because they were hurting so bad because she didn’t do them right. The 2nd time because any slight touch to the eyelashes would mess them up (my son hit them on accident).. I thought that was normal at the time until I went somewhere professional. The 3rd time to get them taken off cause I couldn’t stand the pain.The owner was patient and was trying to help but the girl who did my lashes was very rude & huffing and puffing the entire time – she didn’t speak English so I kept having to yell over the curtain when something was burning & every time she would sigh. I also waited an hour and 15 mins past my appointment time because she “slept in & didn’t make it to work on time.” I was very patient and kept being told she would be here soon ‘ just kept waiting.ALSO SHE DID NOT DO THEM 1 by 1 which now that I’m educated I know this is not good. The owner told me that she had someone who can fix it and use the little bit of eyelashes I had left to put more extensions in and that it would be fine. I called back 3 times she kept telling me that she will call me to get them fixed and never did. I had something very important going on that week and I honestly felt that they could care less with how bad they screwed me.If you want to get you’re eyelashes done I suggest going to “famous salon & spa” .. do you’re research, read reviews, make sure the person is experienced and make sure they use pads and that they do them 1 by 1. You do not want what happened to me to happen to you.Seeing how they responded to everyone else’s reviews I’m sure I will get a smart comment back to try and make themselves look better but all that I am saying is true and there is no excuse for any of it & I am telling you.. do not trust this place with you’re eyelashes.I don’t know how this place is for hair & nails & the owner seemed sweet.. but I can tell you DO NOT GET YOUR EYELASHES DONE HERE! Need to work on their professionalism and the way they talk to people , I asked for a balayage and the lady who did my hair only did color correction and charged me $300. At some point in doing my hair she was acting very rude because I didnt speak much Spanish. if I’m paying for a service I should be treated with 100% respect whether I speak Spanish or not should not matter. won’t be coming here again
