I have gone to Jessica at Lavish for over 4 years. I’m always happy with my cut and color. Most recently I told her do something wild with my color. It turned out amazing and I’m getting tons of compliments! I cannot recommend her enough. Hair coloring, Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair highlighting

I went here for a color and cut. Shelby came highly recommended. The first time she colored it ok which is why I gave 1 star. The second time the cut & color was completely awful. She bleached my hair so blonde I looked hard and put away wet. This gal clearly doesn’t know the first thing about cutting hair or paying attention to the color that’s already on your scalp so whomever recommended her must have felt sorry for her. Then she sold me African hair products. I was wondering why my hair product was making my hair uncontrollable. I looked it up. Complete waste of money!! Every time I call to try & get the product returned, I always get voicemail & no one ever calls back. I guess my next step is going to be me driving over there. So ridiculous!! How do you run a business with this level of customer service??

The hours on their website indicate that they’re open on Saturdays from 9-4. I went there to make an appointment for a trim and to discuss a possible wedding party. There was one person getting their hair done I pulled on the door it was locked. The person working tried to avoid eye contact at all cost. I knocked on the window to get her attention she looked at me and said NO! Didn’t attempt to ask what I was looking for, or how she could assist. Totally unexpected and rude if this is how you treat potential customers I will take my money elsewhere!

I’ve been to several salons in Winchester but never found one that I loved. However, I discovered Lavish Salon about a year ago and I will never go anywhere else. I made an appointment with Rachel to have my tape-in extensions moved up. Rachel is absolutely the most amazing hair stylist. She is always patient and takes her time even when I come in with tangled hair because I waited too long in between appointments. She is fantastic at putting in the extensions and I never have to worry about one falling out before my next visit. The whole environment of the salon gives off a professional, high end feel, but is also friendly, fun, and relaxing. Rachel is friendly, personable, and fun to talk to. I always enjoy my time there. I would recommend this salon (and Rachel) to anyone in the area who is looking for an awesome stylist.

I had an all over hair color two weeks ago, and some of my roots are already showing due the owner missing quite a few spots. I also took all three kids for a trim, she added a purple color to my daughter’s hair without permission which looked so trashy. My youngest son’s hair was the worst he looked as if he had returned from the butcher shop, my oldest son his hair was just okay but very crooked in back of the head and ears. It was all don for $90! I was told $15-$17 for the boys and $30 for my daughter, when she added it up my daughter was charged $45 for a 10 year old cut, and $10 for the little one, and $25 for the oldest. Is it me or is her math off?! That totals $80, so why did you charge me $90 on my card?! Very unprofessional and I was not impressed with her trimmers.

What a wonderful experience I had when I decided to get my hair done by Areibia. First of all, she is such a nice and warm person, very professional. Areibia listened to me and actually did exactly what needed to be done. My highlights look very natural (no zebra situation) since Areibia took her time and didn’t rush the application.
