Salon was very nice but definite misunderstanding as to what I wanted with my hair. I was bright blonde when I walked in and mousy brown when I left. I asked for a retouch of my highlights and a root smudge and she obviously did not understand that. My hair is ugly and I will not be returning to Lavish. I can’t see my “highlights” at all. $133 for something I hate. Very unhappy
