I did a review on yelp and now doing one on here. I wanted to put it out in the public that i came in for balayage, (had come before for a cut and glaze, so small things) got foil balayage instead, charged over 350 dollars for less than shoulder length hair and said right after i didn’t like it and the owner couldn’t have been worse with her attitude because i didn’t come back to correct it immediately when i was fighting through a $30,000 claim on the house we purchased not having the inspector catch all the aluminum. Becomes hard to recommend a place when its owner doesn’t take responsibility, her behavior was horrible and i had already refused a full refund, i wanted a correction to give dimension that would have been $100 and asked if the salon would cover part it to make things right and as i walked in the owner came to me and completely ripped me apart lying that i wasn’t sure what i wanted when i got the treatment done and how it was 60 days ago, which meanwhile i said and its true i had been traveling out west and north. This is the type of place that if anything goes wrong they have no humility to take ownership. Very childish and defensive. Do not come here if you want a healthy environment.
