Mary professional and yet because I was so nervous, I asked her many, many questions. Her patience, education and friendliness helped to calm me. I am not exaggerating when I share that I DID NOT FEEL ANY PAIN OR DISCOMFORT! I had my bows numbed.. very well before we began and it went without a hitch. Mary measured, explained the process, we discussed the color and style and I was given an opportunity to fully ask questions and agree before we started! I FULLY RECOMMEND Lavish Beauty Lounge! I was in a wedding recently and the bride scheduled us for makeup and hair at Lavish. Staff was professional and personable. They listened to what the theme of the wedding was and what we each wanted. They came up with unique hair styles and makeup that complemented the entire party. Highly recommend going to Lavish. They have a lot of different services available. Make sure to book in advance because they are busy!

Critical: ProfessionalismPoor customer service. First of all, Owner does not know how to properly greet their customers. I scheduled a lash appt. Got there on time and was told lash tech quit three weeks ago.even though they confirmed my appt day before I was scheduled to go in. they did not have the common courtesy to call and inform me the lash tech quit until I showed up to appt. although, they did offer another lash tech to do my lashes, I preferred the lash tech I initially started with. I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she just didn’t know how to do it. Every time she messed up she would just put concealer over it. And when she did my eyebrows they came out horrible. She would just blame it on the lighting. I have gotten my makeup done here once before with another girl and she did a really good job. I was very disappointed after, but not much I could do since I didn’t have much time left to do it myself. Waste of $90!!!
