Not only was the place extremely clean, but their service is impeccable! Helen did an outstanding job with my acrylics and design. It turned out EXACTLY like the design inspired picture I showed her. Everyone I came into contact with was so kind. I made the appointment online. I wrote in the appointment section I was not 100% sure if I booked properly. I received a call within an hour or so of booking to ask me more questions to make sure time was booked appropriately and they were ready for what I needed. They even had me email them a picture of my design to make sure they had everything prepared. They have earned a lifetime client! I may not regularly get my nails done, but out of the handful of places I have visited in my lifetime, this is the FIRST nail salon I’ve ever been completely happy with the service! HIGHLY recommend you experience this wonderful place!!

Well, I can tell you my search ends here at a permanent stop. The quality of the nails, gel, shaping, and services are top notch and I will never go anywhere else. The staff is so kind and gracious to meet my expectations for nail art…being that I am the pickiest person that ever lived. ♀️ They take their time to make sure it’s done right and that you are 100% satisfied before you leave. The polish, whether regular, gel, shellac; is always smooth, clean, and even and my biggest pet peeve: it does NOT chip, at all. They must have magic fairy dust or something in their products because I’ve never had a nail service where the polish didn’t chip. The quality of the nails, gel, shaping, and services are top notch and I will never go anywhere else. And nothing compares to Lavish Beauty Lounge.Lavish is SO pro. The first time I called to make an appointment, they couldn’t fit me in for weeks! So, I got my nails done elsewhere and figured I’d try again later. The next time I called, the same thing happened: no appointments for a month! This time I was super frustrated!When I finally got an appointment, it all made sense. The team at Lavish is booked out for weeks because they have a super loyal client base that re-book again and again. And of course they do–these people know what they’re doing! I became a regular of Helen’s, but also worked with Tommy. Both of them are simply talented, lovely people. They are passionate about what they do and they deliver AMAZING pedicures and manicures. My nails have never looked so good!And a huge shout out to Kali, the receptionist. She knew I was frustrated about not getting an initial appointment and she did everything she could to get me in. I have been going to Lavish for several years now. There are other nail salons in Medina, but I will only go to Lavish. Tommy & Helen, the owners, are there all the time and are involved in every aspect of the business. They do manicures, pedicures & artificial nails in a beautiful spa atmosphere. I am convinced their nail tools & pedicure tubs are the most sanitary possible.I feel confident that I am never ever exposed to any bacteria. And every single technician, including Callie at the reception desk, is always friendly & more than capable of meeting my needs & standards. I am comfortable in the knowledge that if I am ever displeased about something, I can tell them and they will do whatever they can to make me happy. I notice there is a negative review posted here. I find it hard to believe this person is talking about Lavish. These things just would not happen there. Both Tommy & Helen take great price in their business & do whatever it takes to ensure their clients leave as satisfied customers. Try Lavish – I guarantee you won’t be disappointed!
