I went there to get lash extensions for the first time ever! When the lady was done, I sat up and looked in the mirror. It looked nice! I put my coat on and had a chunk of lashes fall into my eye! She helped me get it out carefully and she said that was “normal”! As I drove home, 2.5 hours away, I literally had multiple lashes fall out and into my eyes! At one point I had to pull over! Within 2 days, my lashes were thinned out by 1/3! I tried calling them but nobody answered and the VM said it was full and I was unable to leave a message. I work long hours at a hospital in the town I live in and the first chance I got to call them back during their business hours was a week later! They asked for pictures of what my lashes currently looked like. I sent them the images. They got back to me 4.5 hours later stating that it would be $85 for a refill! I just paid $150 a WEEK ago! Seriously! She stated that they would only have fixed it for free if I called within 3 days! I DID but nobody answered and I can’t leave a message!? She refused to make it right. It’s a rip off and sub par work at best! If you feel like paying $150 initially and then going back each week to pay another $85 for a refill, then this is the place for you! We were told that they should last 4 to 6 weeks! Terrible job and terrible customer service to match! Don’t recommend!
