Took my almost 4 yr old Granddaughter for her 1st Mani Pedi. She was shy and uncertain, but they were so caring and patient with her. She even commented on how pretty it was decorated, and that they ” really worked hard!” Would definitely recommend them for children, but I will come back for myself. Prices weren’t too expensive, Beautiful, relaxing Nail/hair salon. Check out all they have to order.

This is the WORST salon experience I’ve ever had. I came in with a reference photo (shown) and she said she could do it for me. She completely rushed through my nails, gluing half of them on crookedly, plus the filing job was uneven throughout all of them. The nails she gave me are reasonable, but totally not what I asked for. (Shown) After she had started with the sparkly acrylic, i asked her if it was going to look any different after they were done because it didn’t look like what I had asked her to do and she said no, I then asked if we could switch it out for something more white and less clear, she told me to trust that it would look pretty in the end. In the end, it was not what I wanted it to be so I asked for her to paint over it with sparkly white and she picked a nail polish quickly. She started painting a dark a dark silver and she got rude when I mentioned it not being what I wanted. I understand I was being picky and asking for a lot, but she wasn’t doing her job correctly. As she was adding the jewels I asked for smaller ones (I could see that she had smaller ones) and I didn’t like the ones she added. She ignored that, and then when I told her that the thumb nail was supposed to have 2 more gems on the sides, she took 2 AWAY! And as you can see on my hands, she was really rough I left bleeding on my thumb nail. This was not okay

If I could give this place zero stars I would. This has been the worst experience I had with them! My mother and I went in to get our nails done Dec. 28th and they looked halfway decent the day we left, then 2 days later mine looked terrible and hers had chipped already. They told me the gel wasn’t dry. The guy that did my mothers simple design didn’t even get it straight. The owner that did mine in the first place couldn’t get the shape even or the length right! We went back in to get them fixed and two days later my moms is chipped again and mine looks like they did when I got them fixed but all they can say is the gel wasn’t dry… I went back to get a refund because if I’m gonna pay $50 for nails they need to at least last me the 2 weeks looking decent but she wouldn’t refund the money because it’s not fair to them, it’s not fair to us either. I will be taking my business elsewhere! It’s sad when someone has to fix the owners mistakes! Mind you my nails are a week old and I’m missing two of them!

Worst nail salon, I went to get a full set and honestly for what I paid for the kind of work is ridiculous! Nail tech don’t know how to shape nail, I ask for a coffin shape and I don’t know what they were thinking but what I got was not coffin at all. Worst of all I paid $120 for the set and not even 5mins of leaving my nail was already broke! Honesty this place needs to shut down ASAP!

Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Quality, ValueSo I had called this afternoon and asked if walk ins where available. They had said yes I went right in. As she started she clearly didn’t know how to do what I asked which was using the dipping powder. She asked if I had wanted them coffin and I responded yes. There’s black all over my nails and they are NOT even remotely straight. So I had called this afternoon and asked if walk ins where available. They had said yes I went right in. As she started she clearly didn’t know how to do what I asked which was using the dipping powder. She asked if I had wanted them coffin and I responded yes. I went their for my first and last time and i had the worst experience. I think it was the owner or something who take cared of doing my nails and i asked for a GOLDEN color and she put a YELLOW color on my nails. Amd when i told her that the color wasn’t what i wanted she got all mad and start saying thing. If you want to have a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and just WASTE YOUR MONEY then GO TO LAVIE SALON.
