Critical: Professionalism, QualityI went in yesterday to get a full set with a tye dye design. The first nail done was exactly what I wanted. The rest of my nails were rushed and the design looks like scraps. I think if she would have done one nail at a time and did not rush they would have looked good. That cost $65, and it was not worth it. I went in today to get 7 of my nails repolished and she was very rude and unkind. I was told it was be $20 to get it fixed. I went in yesterday to get a full set with a tye dye design. The first nail done was exactly what I wanted. The rest of my nails were rushed and the design looks like scraps. I think if she would have done one nail at a time and did not rush they would have looked good. That cost $65, and it was not worth it. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueMy friend and I had an appointment with them, we had to wait two hours after the appointment before they started. They rushed through it all and didn’t do most of the package on my friend. Then, they charged my card for $20 more than the posted price, including tip, that was a $70 pedicure! I was embarrassed by the color that they put on me, it was not the color I had picked at all. My friend picked the same package that I had but she didn’t get half the service and they charged her $70 as well!I couldn’t tell if it was dirty. But, I didn’t see anyone clean when a woman across the way was done or before they sat the next woman in the same spot. My friend and I had an appointment with them, we had to wait two hours after the appointment before they started. They rushed through it all and didn’t do most of the package on my friend. While trimming my nails she slipped and cut a chunk of skin off my pinky with the clippers. Extremely rough and not attentive to detail. Still charged my the full price. Never again. I had Lynn at table number 2. She didn’t push the cuticle back before using the electric file which resulted in 4 fingers bleeding. While trimming my nails she slipped and cut a chunk of skin off my pinky with the clippers. Extremely rough and not attentive to detail. Still charged my the full price. Will not be returning.
