I have been coming to Lavie for over a year now. Love that they are very accommodating as to seeing me without an actual appointment when I call in on the day that I am in Westerville. Today was the first time I was not totally satisfied, but Yen took care of the problem with a very understanding and kind heart! All of the employees are always nicely dressed and friendly! And their prices are reseasonable. I enjoy utilizing their establishment.

Not a pleasant experience. Waited 3 and a half hours to be finished. SNS nails are already coming off not even two days later. I came in with a specific design that the nail tech wouldn’t care to attempt or do. Regular polish has already started to come off on my toes as well. Would not recommend this business unfortunately!
