I had an appointment this morning for 10am. I forgot and tried to make it. The receptionist/therapist stated it would just come out of my time which is one hour if late so I took my time got there at 1035am. I walked in and she said she already took someone back in my place so I can not have my 25 minutes thats left. Ashley the lady who was I was speaking with. Remind you she was also my Therapist. I asked why she said after 30 minutes then you can’t come. I was willing to pay for an extra 30 minutes or whatever was necessary to get it done. This location doesn’t have allot of availability and or therapists. I had to choose this appointment because the one I selected was not accepted. I am so mad I wasted my money on a place that does not care about customer retention. Being a therapist and lazy does not mix.
