The massage was ok, I was in desperate need of a massage so anything made me feel a little bit better. My massage gal was ok, it just felt really rushed when she was massaging. Like how fast a nail salon tech massages your hands and feet. Just a little bit too quick and not enough slow motions with her hands. But she did do some pressure point area on my back so that felt not too bad. Just a little bit too quick with her hands and not going a slow motion to make it feel more relaxing.

I have been coming to La Vida for years and would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a massage or skin care. Andrea is the best massage therapist I have ever seen- she is incredibly knowledgable and skilled. I get a lot of tension in my back and neck and I always feel better after seeing her. Jessica is on the med spa side and she has helped my transform my skin into skin that I am proud to show off to the world. I cannot recommend Andrea and Jessica enough, they both are amazing and are the reason why I continue to come back.

Ive been working out alot and locked up my right side by doing workout classes. I was in pain for days and couldn’t really walk so my boyfriend made me appointment for a massage and im so happy he did. Thats when i had the pleasure to meet Brandon. Brandon listened to what and where my pain was and got alot of my knots out of my body and released alot of tension so the right side of my body wouldnt lock up as much.
