I noticed my review was taken down so I am writing again about the treatment I had here. I bought a gift card for the wrong place and in 3 hours asked to return it. The person on the phone said yes I could. I came in from 45 m away and was placed on a call with “the manager” who yelled at me about gift cards, a system they were part of and that if it was returned it could lead to fraudulent activity. I reported them to BBB for this. The girl behind the counter told me that all I could do was use them for products of which I did. $200 dollars worth so buyer beware. Will never return and beware of the fake reviews they give themselves for their service and “nice management”. Read your agreements carefully for ANY service here as they will take advantage of you as they did me and others with the poor reviews on this site. The responses from this manager are condensending and insulting so complaining doesn’t help you. Just beware of buying anything in here.
