Terrible service! Massage therapist was half hour behind. Wen I came in, after waiting for 15 minutes, she took me to the room and gave few minutes to get on the table and take clothes off. if only it was a few…it was another 15 minutes!!!! I was calling her, I even got my phone and called receptionist to tell her that I’m on the table waiting for my massage therapist for 15 unites already. She came in after I put my clothes back on an liken thing happened and said “oh, what’s wrong, you’ll still get your full hour”. What a pathetic human being!!!! No regard for my schedule and for waiting my time!!! Didn’t even apologize!

I have been in LaVida’s auto-pay monthly massage program for several years. It’s so easy as every month they deduct a grandfathered charge to my credit card, and that price stays the same, even if their monthly massage program cost goes up. I know the date of the month when the charge will be pulled from my credit card, and I am able to reserve several monthly appointments in advance, which is great, especially if you find a great massage therapist whose calendar books up several months in advance. I have bought a gift card for my aunt as a Christmas gift as I think we all deserve to be spoiled every now and then.

When I heard about LaVida Massage and their New Client Special for $39, I thought it was too good to be true. I can say I was more than impressed with my experience. The moment I walked in the door I felt warmed and welcomed by the receptionists. The facility was clean and crisp and the receptionists had a delightful aroma in the lobby. When walking back into the facility I was amazed at the art work and beautiful design they had, I was already at peace. My Massage therapist was extremely knowledgeable and talented, she knew exactly where my pain was and where it was generating from. After the massage I felt very relaxed and relieved, I was so impressed with this place that I decided to be a member of their savings program and get massages and facials on a monthly basis. I have been doing this for 6 months now and have been more than satisfied every time. I have suffered from neck and upper back pain for years and years and after seeing a couple therapists here I am now pain free, I have more range of motion and I don’t feel like my head is too heavy for my neck anymore. I have also managed to bring my husband in and we have enjoyed a couples massage, I think I have him hooked as well! I would recommend this place again and again. The entire staff is wonderful and I look forward to my many months ahead.

It usually takes a therapist and client several sessions before they really figure out what really works. However, Adrian was amazing right from the beginning. This was my first time at a LaVida Massage. I felt immediately welcomed at the reception desk and was able to start feeling relaxed right away in the waiting area. My therapist greeted me warmly and made me feel calm. She did a great job with my massage and I felt welcome to come back again. My only possible complaint was that my therapist talked for about 10 minutes about unrelated, personal topics before we were even ready to begin, but since she finished up my massage a few minutes over my 1-hour slot, I didn’t feel bad about it in the end. She is a wonderful person to talk to and cheered me up with a bit of laughter as well.
