I showed them the picture on the right as a reference for what i wanted my nails to look like. They sat me down and when it came time to paint, they decided that was the best time to tell me that they cant do ombre. So this is what they gave me. It almost feels like they do what they think is best instead of your request. Why couldn’t they tell me in advance that they cant do ombre? That’s specifically what I wanted. They knowingly misled me. They aren’t terrible but not what I wanted. Wont be back unless i want something VERY basic.

Love this place. Owners are always polite. They stay busy so don’t be mad if you have to wait. I won’t go anywhere else I don’t think. I’ve only had 2 nails pop off in over a year and both times were my fault. Waiting to long between fillings

They are always very busy, but they work their customers out in a good professional manner, and I’ve always been pleased with their work. Me and my granddaughter got a full of nails and my two smaller granddaughters just got their nails painted.
