Critical: Professionalism, Quality, ValueI called to to make an appointment and get a price for hair. I was very upfront and wanted to know price and if hair is included. She told me hair was included and it would be $200. She then text me the very next day at 10:53 pm asking if I’m keeping appointment. I said yes. She then then hair is not included. When I mentioned our conversation by phone she simply said sorry it’s not included. Not only was it unprofessional to text me that late but to then changed her mind. She followed up with another text the next day and it was late also. Saying a deposit was needed. I had to problem putting a deposit down but I wanted to be sure she came through.
