I had asked that she dye my hair silver, this was a challenge as I have dark brown hair. After bleaching it four times, I had expected my hair to be dead and textured like straw. Thi was already thinking 3 steps ahead, and when we were finished, my hair was still soft and as healthy as it could be (considering it was bleached four times). The color came out amazing! I was lucky enough to have Thi Hoang as my cosmetologist. I had asked that she dye my hair silver, this was a challenge as I have dark brown hair. After bleaching it four times, I had expected my hair to be dead and textured like straw. Thi was already thinking 3 steps ahead, and when we were finished, my hair was still soft and as healthy as it could be (considering it was bleached four times). The color came out amazing! Lacey is the bomb!!!!#$!@!!!!!!! Was a bit nervous at first looking for a new stylist, but Lacey took good care of me, she walked me through the whole process, made great suggestions, and made me feel great about myself again. Couldn’t be happier, it’s clean, nice looking and huge for a salon. Plus they make great mimosas:) Thank you lavender!

Tammy is super unprofessional and RUDE with tons of attitude! Booked 2 appointments through Groupon for my mother and sister , texted her what the appointments were for and we agreed on the time and day. When my mother and got there she was told that one appointment would be done for the scheduled time (5pm) and the other would be done 2+ hrs later because she had booked another client in between . That was NOT communicated at all. When my mom called me to talk to Tammy since I was the one who scheduled the appointments Tammy was very rude and said that I had agreed to that (which I never did) when I told her I have the screen shots of me confirming the appointments and her telling me the times which was @5pm!!! She said “I thought I had told you “ and hung up. After that when it was finally time to get to my mother who wanted the hair cut , blow dry and balayage Tammy said she was going to do only partial highlights and since that’s not what my mother wanted she made her wait about 30 minutes more … My mother drove from Los Banos for this.. They got there at 5pm and didn’t leave until about 10pm!!!! What the heck !!!!! Tammy needs an attitude check!
