A friend recommended me this place, and looking at her nails I thought I would give it a go. I was told after making an appointment that they could only do dip which was completely fine with me. This was the outcome of the dip I did with tips. It’s honestly horrendous. My nails are bumpy, my nails are almost see through so you could see my natural nail, the color is faded in some spots as well. The shape is wonky too. The only plus side of this business was the friendly staff. I paid 61$ for this set, and I wish I got some sort of discount or refund.

I needed a place that was closer to my apartment here in Green Bay. I’m so glad I found this place!!! I was running late to my appointment because of the Packers game and there was so much traffic. The girl at the front desk called me and asked me if I was still on my way, I told her yes and I hope they can still take me.

No soft treatment or preparation before the nail tech started applying my color. Only a short and uncaring application of lotion to my arms while my polish was drying. I thought that process was very backwards, lotion and pampering should always come first. They did not even soak my nails or have me wash my hands before applying polish. My nails were also kind of botched, in the fact that a lot of polish ended up under my nails and adhered to my skin. I spent over an hour after my appointment filing and scraping at them at home to fix up the edges and smooth them out. Not much care was given to shaping them either. After the work I put into them at home they look decent but are, unfortunately, visibly lumpy.

This was my first time and I had a gel pedicure. The room for pedicures was separate with a very relaxing atmosphere and very comfortable massage chairs. It was nice to have it separate from the main salon that’s bright, loud and hard to relax in, like most salons. The woman who did my pedicure would ask me if the pressure of her filing and buffing was okay and gave a fantastic massage. The service was wonderful! My feet looked as good as they were feeling when I left!!

I’ve visited a lot of nail salons in my life and Lavender is one of the best, if not THE best. Every time they manage to achieve or exceed my expectations. They offer a few different levels of pedicures and I always go for the highest one because it’s so relaxing. The pedicure space is dimly lit so you can really relax. The salon as a whole is clean and well taken care of. The employees are always nice.
