Had my nails and pedicure for a special event and they were in a rush. Spent $80 and left a tip. Less than 48 hours later the gel polish completely peeled off. I was already out of town and if I was still in town would go back and want a refund. Have never had a professional polish come off so quickly. Loved the service received at this nail salon located in the Redwood plaza off Solano Ave. in Napa. The dip powder manicure is the best. It is more lightweight than acrylic & last longer. My manicurist Tammy did an excellent job!

I went in last week to get my toes done with acrylic and they were pretty nice and friendly ! I had made an appointment and they did not make me wait or anything!!! This was the absolute worst pedicure experience I’ve ever had. I came in to get a pedicure for my birthday. And I chose the $45 pedicure with an added $20 for gel. The pedicure lasted all of 35 minutes and the guy that was doing it had to of been on some kind of upper because he was moving so fast the entire time. I’m usually in the pedicure chair for no less than an hour and 15 minutes at other places. Especially when choosing a luxury pedicure with gel and not the basic.The only thing I asked from him was to please make sure my nails were cut straight across. At the end of the pedicure I looked and my toenails were literally cut diagonal. I told the lady when I checked out about my experience and she literally said nothing, just took my money. Goes to show they don’t care about their customers, just making as much money as possible.

After just 2 days my nails are lifting. I was short on time and didn’t have time to drive to my regular nail spot in Fairfield. I wish I would have made time to go to Fairfield. I always give lavender nails the benefit of doubt. This time will be better.. no. not this time. Not last time. They always lift with in two days. He also kept cutting my cuticles with the electric drill filer. Also felt rushed and he did not prep my nails correctly for fill. Super disappointed

The pedicure procedure was incomplete and rushed. One of my nails was wiped off by an employe and they didn’t want to fix it after it being their fault. Also gave me attitude when I mentioned that the polish on my nail was removed, and how they didn’t do me a full pedi procedure. Worst experience for customer service and nail job. Pedicure

The nail polish part was fine, but the pedicure was just ok. For the price, I’ve had pedicures that really leave your feet soft and feeling renewed. They were not busy, but he rushed throught it. Almost $60 with tip included, I think I can find better.

I am not happy with this place. Thw pricing for a new set was ridiculous. They definitely arw not consistent either. My pedicure was ok but the leg massage was pretty much non-existent. Three of the nails on my left hand are crooked, the shape is not what I wanted.
