Wonderful selection of nail colors and types of polish. I went there today and had the best pedicure and manicure ever! I ordered a chamomile spa pedi with a gel Mani. The manager had great suggestions and was very courteous. The whole experience felt luxurious and I got extra massaging which I did not expect. My arms and hands are completely soft and moisturized and all muscle tension is better. Nice clean environment with plenty of pedicure chairs. 10 for adults and 2 for children. Defenitely going back!

Critical: QualityTook about 2 hours for a dip manicure. The color was not what I chose, was told I needed to add tips to make it look better- the tips however are not the right size for my nail so they look awkward and fake. A few of the nails are not even filed straight and the powder is splotchy in spots. So disappointed since the reviews I read all seemed to give it 4/5 stars. Took about 2 hours for a dip manicure. The color was not what I chose, was told I needed to add tips to make it look better- the tips however are not the right size for my nail so they look awkward and fake. When I made my first appointment I showed up and was asked to wait a half hour, which I could not do because I was hosting a house warming party that day, so I left and decided I would come back to give them a second chance. For my second appointment I was called and asked to come in earlier, but I was at work and showed up at my regular appointment time anyways. The salon was clean and they had a good selection of colors, but during the manicure almost all of my cuticles were made bleeding and I was blamed for it. My gel manicure chipped the next day as well. The person doing my manicure was not professional and I will not be back to this salon.

I made an appointment here last night and got a confirmation. Arrived at the salon on time and they had a thin blue line flag on the door, which isn’t something I want to see when I visit a business, but I know that appeals to some people. I went in and didn’t see anyone. It took a couple minutes for one person to finally come and greet me. I said I had an appointment and they were surprised. They asked if I’d made it that morning. I said I’d made it last night and could show them the confirmation. They found me in the book and asked if I could come back at one o’clock. I said yes, then they said they’d call me when they were ready. It’s been over five hours and I haven’t heard anything. Thankfully there are a ton of nail places in town. But there was no one else in the salon, so I’m not sure what was up.

This is absolutely the BEST place I’ve ever been to in my life (no I’m not being dramatic). First, I love that I can schedule my appointment online. Once I arrived I was greeted and immediately serviced. They don’t just care about doing whatever you want and having you walk out the door. They really take a look at your nails and the health and do everything to ensure that you are keeping your skin and nails healthy. My nail tech gave me recommendations on how to maintain my nail length and the nutrients I need to intake. I came in with acrylics which I don’t really like I just do it for length, but my nail teach noticed my length and recommended dip powder. He took his time to cut the cuticles, apply oil, and other things to ensure my nails stay strong and grow. I am beyond pleased and SO happy. The place was also very relaxing, quiet, and CLEAN! 10 out 10!!! You won’t regret going I promise you!!!

Wow! I’ve been going to another very popular and busy nail salon in Milford since it opened but it’s gotten way too busy and the services have lacked. I’ve had a couple bad experiences recently and even though I’m typically loyal, I’ve felt like a number there even though they know my name. Today, John, the owner gave me the best gel mani and pedi of my life. He is meticulous and the salon is extremely clean. It was relaxing and pleasant instead of feeling rushed. I highly recommend and I’m picky about my nails.

Went there a week ago with my friend to get gel nails and pedi. The service was fabulous and the staffs were so kind and professional. I have tried different salons around and finally found this nearly perfect one. We will visit again soon.
