I love this place! They are always so nice! Their customer service is great too! I had gotten a pedicure yesterday & a few of my nails became bubbly after! They have a ton of people doing pedicures but 1 person for manicures. I wanted way to long on a Thursday afternoon. People kept walking in and getting seated to get a pedi while I sat here waiting. Good quality just wait time not ok. Will be looking for another place I can go to with less wait times during the week Manicure

We called ahead for 2 of us to get nails and pedi’s but still waited 40 minutes till someone got to us. Both nail techs were extremely rough with both of us and rushed. Our nails turned out chunky and extremely sloppy. Very unprofessional and expensive for sub par work. We will never go back. Pedicure, Manicure

Critical: Professionalism, QualityAt first this service seemed like any other nail service it wasn’t until they began working on my nails until I realized this would not be the same. This was my worst nail experience ever. Period. I requested a simple design and provided the “artist” with pictures and instructions. After 1 hour I was sure I had made the wrong decision by coming here. There was a struggle to produce what I wanted and I had to wait for their “best” artist to finish what she was doing. She was worse than the woman before that had ruined my nails. After everyone had tried “their best” they recommended an entirely different nail salon to fix my nails. They offered a $10 discount on their services on completely ruining my nails. There is no reason to ever visit this nail salon. They have completely discontinued communication with me and have not returned my calls or texts. Please avoid this nail salon at all costs. After going to MIMOSA NAILS (the better salon). Please. Regardless of the deal or the price, avoid going to this awful excuse for a nail salon.
