First time trying them, and I enjoyed my experience. I see people commenting about the wait being a bit long, but I would think that’s to be expected at certain times. I was in on a Saturday and waited a while. The lady who did my nails, Yen, was very gentle with my thin nails and I think she did a great job. She was thorough and detailed. I don’t get my nails done very often, but I would go back!

After visiting other nail salons I’ve finally found my favorite here in Kerrville! Yen carefully removed a set of nails and explained to me the step-by-step process on applying new nails. She listened to what my needs were and made suggestions and I’m so happy with the finished product. The pricing is competitive and it’s actually less than what I paid at other salons. I’ll definitely be going back and I really appreciate their attentiveness and careful consideration of what I wanted in a nail job.

Yen did an awesome job on my nails but the edges lifted and broke, polish peeled (shellac) 2 days later while I was on vacation. I went back the following week and it was extremely packed and I didn’t have 2 hours to sit and wait (apparently you can not set an appointment during spring break) . Tiffany did an awesome pedicure. I don’t like being passed from person to person which is how I was on my 1st and only visit. One did my pedicure, then someone took off my polish and started to file my nails then mid way I was asked to sit in another chair. They looked beautiful but it was short lived. …. My first experience was great! I received a wonderful shellac manicure and pedicure. My second experience was awful. When I first arrived I had four different people ask me what I needed. I told them I had shellac on my nails and needed another shellac manicure. I was then seated at a station and waited for about 20 minutes. Another woman was sat down next to me about 15 minutes into my wait. A man comes to start my manicure and is just now realizing I have some shellac on my nails. He buffs them and puts chemicals on them to get the shellac off. He then moves over to the woman next to me and without any explanation starts doing her nails and just leaves me sitting there. After a few minutes i said excuse me, but I have already been here over 20 minutes and she just sat down. He got very angry and started yelling at me in front of everyone that he could not just sit there while he waited on my nails. Which I understand, however, I sat there already for 20+ minutes not being attended to. By this point by nails were ready to be manicured. Then someone else comes and she does a nice job except for the fact she cut me so bad twice that I bled and I and had to ask her to put disinfectant on it. And on top of all of that the stations were very dirty. Im very disappointed in the customer service and cleanliness.

They only earned a star only because you had to put one in order to leave a review. It was horrible. Not enough staff for the customer amount, there was a baby crying in there almost the entire time. Plus the lady I had didn’t even do my pedicure correctly. She left nail polish on the underneath my toenail and on top of my foot. Plus didn’t even cut half of the surface of she needed to. I would NOT recommend this place for anybody.
