Positive: Professionalism, Qualityi love this place! the employees here take their time and they’re very good at communicating. the place is very clean and the employees are nice and gentle. it took some time to take the acrylics off which was a 30 min wait due to the powder but the end results were worth it! i will be coming back to this place again!

0 stars I got an infection from this unsanitary place and they could care less wanted a refund and they basically told me f u mind you this infection was bad and I needed to go to the dr and get proper care and high doses of medication. I use to like this place at first but I never went back and I won’t be, if your worried about infections or anything similar to that happening don’t go here they could care less and when you come to them about it the nice way they jump at you and raise their voice as if the problem didn’t happen because of them in the first place most the time I felt like they just like to talk about customers as well forgot her name but especially the short one with short bobed hair. Lots of times my eyelashes and nails didn’t even last so I stopped going to them and only went when I needed a back up plan but not even that after I got an infection. Heartless people need to clean their shop and nail equipment the correct way. I do not recommend I’m lucky I did not lose my finger it was almost to that point according to my dr and all I wanted was a refund came to them the nice way not even rude or mad as I should have been but they don’t care one bit especially the short one I’m talking about nasty ugly attitude not even a manager.
