What a great experience! Friendly staff at the front desk. Everyone was very professional and warm. Cindy was my therapist and I can say that is one of the best massages I have ever had (and I have been a bodyworker for 20 years!). If I was going to be in town any longer I would have rescheduled. I am really grateful for the quality work I received. Would DEFINITELY recommend.

I see a lot reviews for Massage that say they only gave a $5 tip. You have to understand that the person who gives you the massage gets very little of that. Thier income comes mostly from tips. A swedish massage at a spa or private practitioner generally starts at $80. As a rule of Thumb I tip $10/he for a so so massage and $20/hr for a great massage. The asian places want you to tip what you think the massage was worth. If it was a terrible massage don’t tip.

I get massages regularly and I’ve been trying to find a new place since a recent move to Temecula. Although there aren’t many reviews on this specific business, they were all positive so I gave it a try. Needless to say I’m not sure if this place was just having an off day or if their reviews are all made up because I definitely feel lied to. From the customer service down to the massage it was wrong. The start was with setting an appointment and being treated rudely with the words “don’t be late”. Once I was there for the massage there was a huge lack of communication during the session where the first half I felt I was only getting rubbed down with oil and the second half left me more hurt than when I entered. At the end i offered a tip just for the time, purely out of kindness and nothing to do with the service but was counter offered to give more. That last bit I could have some colorful words to say about but I’ll keep it professional and leave it at this: at $94 this has been my most expensive-worst-massage and that the only reason they’re receiving 2 stars is because they cracked my back that made up for the ache they left on my lower back. I will not be going back and I hope this was a one time issue with how they treat their patrons.
