Critical: Professionalism, QualityWorst experience. This is my first time to do a massage in Reno and it was terrible. The lady touched my private, and i paid for a 90 minutes massage. She only did 60 minutes, and keeps on insisting about her tip. I paid 100$ for the massage that she cuts into 60 minutes. Very unprofessional. Keeps on asking about my personal information. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityJesse is so nice! I called to see if I could come in and I was able to get in right away. She was so nice and made sure I was okay throughout the massage. She was gentle and wasn’t rough with me. I’ve had not so good experiences before at other massage places and I was a little hesitant but it was amazing. I’ve had several massages in Reno and this was the worst first they tried to charge me $70 for 60 minutes when there website say $60 and then the lady only massage me for 45 minutes plus they never ask what problem areas never massage my feet. I will definitely Not be back plus they had warm water.

Got a solid massage. I booked 90 minutes. The lady handling the front desk let me know that it was busy and I would need to wait 15 minutes. She came in and made me comfortable before the therapist arrived. The therapist was good and focused on my low back and hips as requested. Minus one star as she complained about the length of the session midway through the session. . When she asked what I do for work I did not tell her that I’m a massage therapist too;). A good value, considerate if not a little unprofessional.

I have a very sensitive lower back so I am always hesitant on massage places because they go too hard on me. However, this place did an excellent job! Recommend most definitely!

The massage was actually good but I mainly went to relieve neck tension and didn’t get much attention on my neck. Their online prices don’t match what they charge in person and they DEMAND a tip. I handed them an extra $20 to get change to complete the tip I was going to give them before they demanded it… I already had some singles that I was adding on top of the change I was expecting and she tells me I should tip more, so unprofessional.

I had a fantastic massage by Jesse, she listened to where my problem areas were and periodically asked me if I was okay and if the pressure was fine. She is pleasant, polite and a professional. Plus she is very strong, so if you need deep tissue she can most definitely get those tough knots out. The place isn’t a luxury spa but then you’re not paying luxury prices. Jessie did my massage and it was great! She routinely checked in to make sure pressure was good. Also, I accidentally left my fitbit there and she called me to tell me she had found it! Great service! If I lived in Reno I would definitely return.
