Loved the scenery and the staff. They were all very friendly. The person doing my facial, was very nice. It was my first facial and made sure to have small talk to keep me relaxed. I enjoyed it a lot, and I do recommend for people that haven’t gotten a facial and just want a nice place to get one.

I had 3 D micro blading done last Saturday. Safia did a great job. It was my first time. I love my brows. I highly recommend Safia at Lavender Falls Spa for your eyebrow needs. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable and my brows were mapped out perfectly. I did not have any swelling or pain afterwards. I am highly recommending Lavender Falls to all my friends and family. Don’t hesitate if you have been wanting your brows done. I’m so happy I can apply makeup in less than 10 minutes now that I don’t have to spend 20 minutes on my eyebrows! I will return for any future brow services!

This place is a joke. As a licensed beauty professional, I keep my promise to my social responsibilities to treat everyone as my equal. In this scenario, I was a paying client. I deserve a fair service. However, the owner treated me poorly and told me I am a complainer and she could talk to me however she likes. This is textbook racial profiling. I suggest this spa to be evaluated immediately. I am here to remind the owner of her “social responsibility”. Regardless of my small percentage of asian heritage in my blood. That should not matter. I am born and raised in this country missy. I have a right to complain about a service which has hurt my self esteem. I am sure I am not the first customer you mistreated. Being an owner of a small spa does not give you priority or a get out of jail free card. Your problem is you are too cheap to hire a manager to take complaints for you, instead you abuse people.

Had a lovely massage and facial package here for my birthday. Loved that it was one therapist in one room for the whole experience. She really did a great job one my sore back, hands and feet. I’m not use to the products they use there for their facials (I use dermalogica at home) so we’ll see how my skin does. But the entire experience was very relaxing.

My friend and I went for permanent makeup (eyeliner). Prior to the treatment they applied an excessive amount of cream to our eyes. As the cream secreted in our eyes the pain set in. Our eyes began to swell and burn so bad. As I informed our tech I couldn’t open my eyes she proceeded to tell me it was normal. She began the eyeliner application with our swollen eyes. Webhad our appointment on a Wednesday. Neither of us were able to open our eyes( with pain) until Friday evening. We had to call someone to pick us up. I wasn’t even able to operate my own phone. One of their employees had to unlock my phone and call for me. We had to leave our vehicles. When we called to reschedule for them to fix our permanent makeup they refused to see us!! We had to apply purchased eyeliner to hide their botched job. Thank goodness we found another location to see us. We did not experience the same horrible experience with our second application with the different location. I don’t know how the other services are but don’t trust them for permanent makeup.
