Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI’m very disappointed with the way I was treated today. I’ve been a customer for a very long time. I frequently get eyelash extensions. Today, I called at made an appointment at 1:00 and they told me “come a little after 1:00” they’re always very loose with the timing as they normally just get walk-ins. However, I don’t live nearby, so for me, I’d rather call to make sure they have time for me.They usually make me wait 5-10 minutes after my appointment time. Today, I knew that meant around 1:10. I get there at 1:07 and they tell me, “can you come back at 2:30?” I’m supposed to start work at 2:30, so I said, “no, I can’t, I need to be at work and really hoped to show up with eyelash extensions. They then told me, “well a customer walked in and wants more services then you, so you need to come back.”I was very upset and said, “no, I was told to come a little after 1:00, and that’s exactly what I did.” She rolled her eyes, and walked away from me. She comes back and says, “what time can you come back?”I said, “I won’t be coming back” and left. This was extremely rude. I am a single mother. I had to pay for a sitter just to come here to be turned away, and now I need to drive 16 miles back in the other direction. Wasted my money, time and gas.I wouldn’t recommend this salon. I usually come here because she’s fast. I have problems with my back, so I come here because she gets it done in a little over an hour but now, I’m done. I’m very disappointed with the way I was treated today. I’ve been a customer for a very long time. I frequently get eyelash extensions. Today, I called at made an appointment at 1:00 and they told me “come a little after 1:00” they’re always very loose with the timing as they normally just get walk-ins. Critical: Quality, ValueI grew out my eyebrows and was excited to go get them done but it came out horrible! Too thin and my eyebrows weren’t even clean! Didn’t see it til I got home and really looked in the mirror. Also felt rushed. Now I have to grow my eyebrows out AGAIN and find a new brow lady
