This was my second visit…. And ney, I am disappointed. I was a walk in and got right away an appointment for a mani and pedicure. 5stars for that. The lady who did my feet was totally sweet and attentive and made my nails really good. I wished she would have taken more than a minute for the massage like other salons. 4 stars for that. This was the good part.

Third time here and won’t return. Don’t waste your money. I had the $49 special pedicure which was supposed to be deluxe, but such a disappointment. Left sitting and waiting fo service to start, polish removal, cuticle, clipping and filing ok. The rest of the treatment was a 1 min Peppermint scrubland déficient callus exfoliation. a minimal paraffin foot masque, then a brief 2 min calf massage—-interrupted by “Do you want to pay for more massage?” I could write more, but basically, top price for the worst pedicure experience ever. I had to take my own toe spacers out to put on my sandals, not thanked it acknowledged as I left. But it doesn’t matter. I won’t ever be back and will recount my experience to everyone I know. Staff is not friendly and work is sub-par. AVOID THIS BUSINESS.

I got my nails done and my eyebrows waxed here. When I got my eyebrows done, I asked for a natural look, and for her to just clean them up. What I got was thin eyebrows that were at least a centimeter if not more thinner than I asked for. It may not seem like much but it sure is. I am not sure if she didn’t understand what I was asking or if she messed up. But while getting my nails done I was upset and they all knew it. I do not recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here unless you want a completely different look, width, and shape. I am infuriated with the results and I am never planning on coming back to Lavande again.

Terrible experience. The ladies were pushy and rude. Did not like that my mother in law had paid earlier over the phone and assumed we weren’t going to tip. Pushed their tip envelopes at my mother and I instead of paying attention to painting our nails. Gave us attitude when we asked for a second coat of polish. I had to go to a different salon and pay for another manicure. Don’t waste your time or money.

Terribly rude, tried to charge $17 extra for a foot rub, which is always included in a Spa Pedicure. Tech NEVER disclosed it was extra. Paid $10 for callous removal, still as rough as when arrived. Melissa at the front was incredibly rude when I refused to be gauged for the $17 undisclosed upcharge. Be careful, unprofessional and unethical!

The women doing the manicure/pedicures are more involved talking among themselves than providing good service. The quality of the work was sub standard and I was disappointed. I will not be returning.
