I’ve been coming here for 2+ years and I love Lavande! They have all the services I love and need in one place including many I’ve yet to try (but hopefully will try soon). They have great monthly specials that give me discounts on my treatments. And the staff is really great! They keep on top of my Alle and Aspire points to make sure I don’t miss out when they are nearing expire and they are just so kind and a pleasure to work with. Love, love, love this place and so glad I found it!

My appointment was at 12:00 I was 7 minutes late and they never told me that they were going to apply a numbing cream. It is now 1:12 and they have me waiting here. I can’t believe it! I wonder if I am ever going to be help. The nurse did not even had the courtesy to let me know how long she will have me waiting in the room. The owner was the one who told me that I had to wait, because I was late and they had to help other clients, but he never told me how many hours they will having waiting. Finally at 1:23 they helped me and to my surprise the nurse took 20 minutes to complete the treatment! After waiting for 1 hour and 23 minutes the treatment was a 20 minute deal!!!!! I am not sure if I got the “special” treatment because I paid the promotion price they had on the 17 of November. You know how they say “you get what you pay for” well I guess I paid the price, but even with their so call “especial” it was too expensive. I am waiting to finish all my prepaid treatment to go and take my business somewhere else!! Now they response that they send me an email with instructions to be there 20 minutes earlier??? where is that email? And when they say, “ we could not finish your service as expected.” so this means that because I was late 7 minutes they took minutes of my treatment and cutter short after they have me waiting for 1 hr and 23 min? That is just an excused for their poor costumer service!

This place is going downhill fast. I recommended a friend have treatment here and they cancelled on them last minute (within 24 hours). They were going out of town the next day and is now not going to have the treatment possible. No apologies, no discount or anything offered, just “we can’t do it”. How this can continue as a business I don’t know. This has ruined plans for a month long trip and I hope they understand this is not acceptable. If you had a good experience here in the past, fingers crossed they keep your booking. I don’t know if they are having staff problems or just incompetent, either way steer clear. So upset with this place. DONT GO.
