Lavan Nails and Spa

Critical: Quality, ValueThe people are very nice but the shop is very outdated. The products are old and they lack the proper necessities, like plastic covers for the pedicure bowl, they don’t appear to use them yet. They also don’t have the necessary files, electronic drills to complete a set. Everything was old, like they received all of the appliances from another shop that maybe shut down. The chairs was peeling.old dark leather and there were old cups of food and drinks around the shop. The few dip colors that they do have are not on the wall, the are on a table. There was not much to choose from. I was totally shocked because, to me, they are located in a pretty okay area, located in the bottom area of some decent apartment homes. When I got there, I was immediately tempted to leave becuase the owner’s are like 80 or 90 years old and I figured that he or his wife may not know how to do the most up to date nails and styles. My assumption was right, he could barely get through a simple dip set with one color, I know he would not not know how to do any designs. Very out of date appliances, I know I keep saying that because it matters when you are paying your money, it really adds to the overall experience. If you normally get your nails done a certain way, all of these things matter. Instead of me feeling relaxed when I left, I felt exhausted because I feeli like I had to tell my nail tech how to do everything . It wasn’t relaxing because I had to watch him do everything in fear that he would not do it right. Very exhausting to say the least. I’m very glad I was able to get my nails done, at such a last minute notice but I will not be back unless I hear that they have remodeled or have hired a new staff of talented nail techs. I feel kinda bad to give them this review, but I want a potential customer to understand what level of services that will be rendered.
