My wife and I have been here a half dozen times over the years to get a couples massage for special occasions. Every experience has been amazing. All of the staff has been extremely professional, welcoming, and knowledgeable. The waiting area is relaxing and the right amount of bright. The massage rooms are warm, comfortable, and relaxing. The massages have been top notch and incredibly enjoyable. The rates are also very reasonable and competitive to those in the area. They offer a variety of massage types as well as other services. We highly recommend Lava Spa and can’t wait to get back again.

I’ve never had a swedish massage or facial but I think I’m going to have to start getting more. Such kind and amazing staff that walked me through everything that was going to happen. I have chronic lower back pain from a knee injury and the swedish massage has helped relieve that pain. I got a mini facial as well and my skin has never felt so clean. Both the masseuse and esthetician gave me suggestions to help with my back and skin. I will be coming back and would highly suggest anyone to come here!

Critical: Professionalism, QualityI was there today and had the worst facial I have ever had. It was suppose to last 70 min but it was barley 60 mins. When I went into the room the girl told me to soak my feet and she would be back. She never even ask if the water temperature was ok from there it just got worst. She couldn’t get the towel to cover my hair and struggled with it. The food and arm scrub left me all sandy. At the end she handed me a towel to get the salt off myself.
