Literally the worst nail salon I’ve ever been to & I’ve got my nails done regularly for years. Every single time I try tell myself to give it another try I’m reminded why I never come here. They’re so rude & their work is even worse. I waited almost an hour (56 minutes to be exact) WHEN I HAD A APPOINTMENT. I ended up just walking out. Anywhere else is better than here, I promise you

Went in with my mom and fiance to get our nails done for my wedding. From the very moment we walked in, the man who greeted us was incredibly snarky and rude. Not even 2 minutes into telling him what we wanted and he rolled his eyes and told me to “relax”. I could go on and on about him but the short of it was he was EXTREMELY RUDE. He ended up doing my fiances nails and they did not look great but I was against the wall on time so I just let all of this go. As for the lady who did mine and my mother’s nails the work was better. However I will say when she asked about where we were going on honeymoon I told her we were going on a cruise and not once not twice but three times she repeated the phrase “Not to be rude but” and then proceeded to tell me that due to my size I probably wouldn’t like it because the bathrooms were small. Maybe I took her meaning wrong but I couldn’t help but feel she was just insulting my weight the entire conversation. Finally to top it all off there was no air conditioning at all and it felt about 80 degrees the entire time. If it hadn’t been my literal last option to get my nails done for my wedding I would have walked out and if I had to do it all over again I would just go buy press ons.

This was by far the rudest business I’ve ever been in I’ve been in here several times and have attempted to make an appointment. Each time I walked in they were all extremely rude and told me they were busy but no one was in there. Then the other night me and my friend had went in as a last resort. They had screamed at her and we weren’t even there for 5 minutes I got gel dip and she didn’t give me the color I wanted I asked for red she gave me pink they made the nails extra bulky than normal and then proceeded to charge more than she said it was going to be at first

The employees here are very nice to me! They always make sure they won’t hurt my hands with their tools. They always apply the products onto my nails gently. My nails are treated like a work of art!

Today was my second going to this place…I loved the service and my nails look great…I have received sooo many compliments since my first visit. One of my co workers recommended this salon to me, and I would recommend it to anyone who likes to treat themselves.. Also the nail technician explained some things to me about the service I was receiving on today and about the importance of considering the dip powder instead of the acrylic nails. My nails feel more natural and very light..
