Critical: Communication, ProfessionalismI tried to contact this business twice, once by text and the other by leaving a message on answering machine. No one bothered to call me back… to me that’s not very professional.I called them a third time at which they answered the phone. The told me that they have no appointments for a mani and a pedi together. I would need to go twice. They did offer a one day mani pedi in August!!!!From my knowledge of business, when you don’t want to loose clients and you see that your business is growing, you hire more people.You really don’t want to loose potential clients because they are your advertisement. I tried to contact this business twice, once by text and the other by leaving a message on answering machine. No one bothered to call me back… to me that’s not very professional.

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityI received a gift card from my daughter for my birthday. My daughter specifically told them what I’d be using it for. They took the money and gave her the gift certificate. I called to make an appointment for a manicure and pedicure, and was told that I could get a pedicure but manicures were booked solid. I explained that I didn’t mind waiting for an appointment but I’d like to get both done at once. (I like my hands and toes to match, so obviously I get them done at the same time.) I was informed that I couldn’t even book an appointment for a future date because she had to take care of her “usuals”… So, I have a useless gift certificate and even worse, they took advantage of a 15 year old child by not telling her when she purchased the gift certificate that I would be unable to get my nails done because they aren’t booking!I received a gift card from my daughter for my birthday.
