Cost $85 to get unevenly painted nails. The gel is on my skin and one hand is darker than the other. Also not the color I chose, they were supposed to be blue and this was the second color he painted on my nails. I was in there for two hours. No matter how bad I need my nails done I will never go back to this place. Too expensive for the quality of work you get. Oh my goodness, best pedicure and manicure I’ve ever had! They take their time fully massaging your legs and feet, and trimming your nails so you walk away with even and beautiful skin and nails. Highly recommend! I had Kelly and I will definitely request her in the future

Chow is a joke she made my nails look like someone sneezed snot on them then painted them white they are just plain messy. They won’t fix them or take them off…I’m extremely unsatisfied an will never be back here.

I asked for SNS on my natural nail. The lady that did my nails was an older lady with a short pixie cut. She was rude and pushy the whole time. I was pretty uncomfortable the whole time I was at her station. She rushed through the whole thing. When I saw my nails I was very disappointed. They were all crooked and slanted I asked for white but it had shades of brown on random spots. I had dried product all over my hands that was difficult to get off. Will not be going back to this salon. At the very least I will not allow the same lady to do my nails again.

My experience at Nail Design in Laurens was Great! It was VERY clean. All the employees were very kind, and I literally got EXACTLY what I asked for and I’m very picky, lol! I absolutely recommend coming here! I’ve never had such a great experience at any other nail salon. The width of my white French tips match the same on my left finger as it does on my right, for each finger. At other places my ring finger the white would be too thick and the other ring finger would be thinner, and the same with my other fingers, the white would be different on each finger. At Nail Design they are right on point! Very happy with my results!!

Critical: QualityI went on a Friday and got a gel manicure. I noticed after a couple of days my nails had started cracking. It’s only been 4 days since I had my manicure the tips are starting to chip off. Critical: Cleanliness, Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, ValueArrived on Wednesday with bridal party with appointment for 7 people ON TIME. All were taken at pedicure stations, one of bridesmaids sat in a pedicure station for over an hour in cold water. The girl that done the BRIDES nails was pulling drawer from nail station and texting on her phone and was so into her phone that one of nails wasn’t fully glued on and popped off. The girl that done BRIDES eyelashes dropped eye glue in her eye and when she was finished, her eyelashes fell out within 24 hours and was told at appointment to come back if any did before wedding on Saturday and went back Friday to get fixed and was told would have to come back because they had appointments all day told them rehearsal dinner was today and didn’t have time to come back and got rude and said come back in hour. Do NOT go here!
